Once your return has been approved, you can send the product back to us. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or defect product

If the item you purchased arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at info@voix-studio.com and send us a photo. This is never what we want for our customers, and we’ll be happy to work with you to find a suitable solution.
