Voix Studio uses Shopify as its technical platform.

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colours and appearance may vary depending on your screen and device settings. We cannot guarantee that products will appear exactly as shown in photographs.
Product descriptions may be changed at any time. We reserve the right to remove products from our range or limit availability by region.

When you place an order, you submit an offer to purchase. Voix Studio reserves the right to accept or refuse an order. Your order is only final after our confirmation and receipt of payment.
Please carefully check your order before completing payment. Once an order has been accepted, we may no longer be able to process cancellation requests. If we cannot accept or need to modify an order, we will contact you using the information provided during checkout.
Returns and exchanges are only possible in accordance with our Returns and Refund Policy. You confirm that your purchases are for personal use and not for commercial resale.
Article 4 – Prices and Payment
Prices, discounts, and promotions may be changed without prior notice. The price applicable at the time of your order is the price you will pay and can be found in your order confirmation. Unless otherwise stated, prices exclude VAT, shipping costs, and any applicable import duties.
Prices in our webshop may differ from prices in physical stores or from third parties. Promotions may have separate terms and conditions; in case of conflict, the promotional terms will apply.
You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate, complete, and up to date. You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

We do our best to ship your order quickly and carefully. Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs procedures, or circumstances beyond our control. Once your order has been transferred to the carrier, the risk passes to you.

Voix Studio uses Shopify as its technical platform. However, all purchases made through our webshop are direct transactions between you and Voix Studio. Shopify is not responsible for any products, services, or transactions conducted through our webshop.

All personal data we collect is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Because our webshop is hosted by Shopify, Shopify also processes certain information about your visit.
