We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, you can find our return policy below.

Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the final item of your order, without providing any reason.

Registering a Return

To request a return or cancellation, you can do so through your customer account: https://shopify.com/105545662809/account. Go to your orders and follow the steps for returning or cancelling your order.

Once your return has been approved, you can send the product back to us. The costs for the return shipment are your responsibility.

Refunds

We will issue a refund once we have received the product in good condition and in its original packaging. The refund (including the standard shipping costs of your original order) will be processed within 14 days of receipt, using your original payment method.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised or custom-made products.
